HL Bearings Added Oil-stone Super-finishing Machines

In order to effectively raise the quality of the ultra-precision proudcts, Gansu Hailin Zhongke Science and Technology Co., ltd. (HL Bearings) has bought fourteen advanced oil-stone machines, ten of which has been put into use in June.

Besides, three production lines have been added:
1.A superfinishing automation line: suitable for inner ring ID¦µ40-70 mm, outer ring OD¦µ100 200mm and P5 taper roller bearing grinding super finishing.

2. Another superfinishing automation line: suitable for inner ring ID¦µ40-120 mm, outer ring OD¦µ100 200mm and P5 taper roller bearing grinding super finishing.

3. The third superfinishing automation line: suitable for inner ring ID¦µ40-120 mm, outer ring OD¦µ100 200mm, Width P6 taper roller bearing grinding super finishing.
